Rajib is performing frequently in India and abroad including USA, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland etc. and has given performances in Festival of India(Ottawa), Boom Festival(Portugal), Hip-Hop Connection Festival (Austria), Festival De Papillotes(France), Ministry of Culture(Spain), European Yoga Congress(Switzerland), Ganesh Mahotsav(India), ARS Musica(Germany) etc and was awarded numerous awards including “Surmani” , California Institute of the Arts Scholarship.

 Sarah MeeRan Cave is a professional, international artist who began violin studies at the age of three in Litchfield, Connecticut, USA. It has been quite the journey. She continued studies at the Manhattan School of Music, receiving a full scholarship to their preparatory division. She played under the batons of maestros Pierre Boulez, Bernard Haitink, Sir Mark Elder, and Riccardo Muti, to name a few. Sarah also worked for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, conducting music clinics on their behalf. It was at the Banff Centre that Sarah met Pandit Dhruba Ghosh, a master sarangi player and musician of the Hindustani (North Indian Classical) tradition. She's dabbled in jazz under Christian Howes and Nicole Yarling and extensively studied Western Classical under Charles Pikler, Rony Rogoff, Tom Zelle, Anca Nicolau, Janet Sung, and Marco Fornaciari in Florence, Italy.

Neel performs in a wide range of musical contexts, including fusion, Indian and Western classical, rock, jazz, electronic, hip hop, film scores, and theater. Neel currently performs with groups such as Yes Machine, Arohi Ensemble, and Ethnotronika. He recently completed a fellowship at the Harvard Library Innovation Lab for his groundbreaking research on African Drumming Laws.

Ian Lipson |  Instructor - Guitar, Song Writing and Music Theory

 Ian Lipson is a Highland Park based composer/producer offering lessons in guitar, bass, songwriting, music theory, and audio production/engineering. Lipson graduated from the Herb Alpert School of Music at California Institute of The Arts, and formerly studied at USC's Thornton School of Music as part of their Music Industry Program. Playing, writing, and performing with bands for over a decade, Lipson has played in a wide variety of musical styles including rock, blues, jazz, pop, folk, country, funk, klezmer, western classical, North Indian classical and free improvisation. He records and produces albums, and has composed scores for motion picture too.

INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED LEARNING OF BANARAS GHARANA 

  Vineet has been an active performer in the Canadian music scene since the World Exposition 1986, Vancouver, BC.  In 1987, he began studying with Pandit Kishan Maharaj in Benares, in the traditional style of Guru-shishya parampara. After intense training and sadhana (dedication) to his guru, Vineet firmly established himself as an accomplished tabla artist. Vineet has performed with some of India's eminent classical artists such as Us. Amjad Ali Khan, Pt. Birju Maharaj, Pt Rajan and Sajan Mishra, Us. Aashish Khan, Us. Shahid Parvez, and  Dr. L. Subramaniam as well as contemporary musicians from numerous genres.

  Neelamjit has a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Studies (majoring in saxophone performance) from Capilano University and has also completed a Bachelor of Education degree in Secondary Music Education from the University of British Columbia. He has completed an MFA in tabla performance at the California Institute of the Arts [CalArts] and am now pursuing my doctorate.

He has studied at the California institute of the arts (calarts) where he received his Bachelors of fine arts in world music performance. during his time at calarts, he trained under sarod maestro, Ustaad aashish khan.
