Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Payment

  • Flex Classes operate on a pay-per-class or class-pack basis.

  • Payments must be completed prior to attending the session.

  • All purchases (single classes or packs) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Validity

  • 4-Class Pack: Valid for 3 months from the purchase date.

  • 8-Class Pack: Valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

  • Unused classes after the validity period will expire automatically.

3. Scheduling

  • Premium Flex: Sessions are scheduled mutually between student and academy.

  • Standard Flex: Classes follow the academy’s regular time slots.

  • Online Flex: Timing coordinated virtually between both parties.

4. Attendance & Make-up

  • Missed classes without prior 24-hour notice will be considered forfeited.

  • Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences, based on instructor availability.

5. Conduct & Participation

  • Students are expected to maintain respectful communication with faculty and peers.

  • Repeated disruption, non-compliance, or misconduct may result in termination of enrollment.

6. Class Materials

  • Students must bring necessary instruments, notebooks, and assignments to each class.

  • Any academy-provided instruments must be handled with care; damages due to negligence will be charged.

7. Media & Recordings

  • The academy may record sessions or events for educational or promotional purposes.

  • Students who wish not to be recorded must inform the academy in writing before class.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds are offered for missed or canceled classes once booked.

  • In exceptional circumstances, management may review refund requests case-by-case.

9. Policy Updates

  • LAIMA Academy reserves the right to modify class policies, schedules, and pricing at any time.

Once registered, you can schedule sessions directly through our admin team or online booking link.

3. What’s the difference between Premium, Standard, and Online Flex?

  • Premium Flex – Customized timing for both student and academy.

  • Standard Flex – Fixed class timings based on academy schedule.

  • Online Flex – Flexible virtual sessions coordinated mutually.

4. Can I reschedule a class?
Yes, with at least 24-hour prior notice. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.

5. What happens if I miss a class?
Missed classes without notice are counted as used. Make-ups are only offered for excused absences.

6. How do the class packs work?
Buy a 4-Class or 8-Class Pack and use them within the validity period. You’ll also receive applicable discount codes.

7. Can I switch between in-person and online classes?
Yes, based on availability. Inform the academy at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

8. Are there performance opportunities?
Yes! Students may be invited to academy showcases, recitals, and community events throughout the year.

9. What if I need to pause my learning temporarily?
You can hold your spot by notifying us in advance. Class packs will remain valid within their expiry window.

10. Who teaches the Flex Classes?
